As we are a small site, we are restricted in not only how long a van or motorhome can be, but also how large an awning can be on site, please be accurate with sizes, we do not want to disappoint by asking for an oversized awning to be removed.

Non-Refundable deposit restrictions will apply to all bookings

This will be waived in the first instance of a cancellation if the booking is moved rather than cancelled.
